MICROSHADING

MICROSHADING

Microshading is a process of creating shadow or gradient to the brows to mimic a soft makeup look. Instead of depositing pigment to simulate natural hair, this form of tattoo utilises a stippling technique, making tiny dots which results in a powdered effect like perfectly applied eyebrow powder. Most suited for those who have oily or sensitive skin. If you have full brows but would like to have more definition can also consider this option to save time on your makeup routine in the mornings. Microshading can last for up to 18 months.

There may be minimal discomfort to this treatment but we do apply numbing ointment before and during the procedure to minimise pain as much as possible.

SESSIONS

One session takes approximately two hours. A touch up session is required 6–8 weeks apart to perfect your eyebrows, then yearly touch ups are recommended afterwards.

At Phi-moon Beauty, our goal is to ensure we exceed your expectations to make certain you leave the salon feeling satisfied with our beauty services. If for any reason you are not satisfied after your treatments, please get in touch within three months and we will do our very best to work with you!

AFTERCARE

It is most definite that the colour will appear very dark right after treatment and for the first few days. Please be rest assured as this is completely normal and part of the healing process. The colour will fade up to 40% as it heals and you will start to notice some slight scabbing. Do not pick as you may damage the treated areas and get an unexpected result. It can take up to 14 days for your brows to heal completely but you may notice the colour will be very light after the initial healing process. This is also normal and due to the tissue still healing from the inside out. You will see the final colour results once the tissue has completely healed. Please follow the aftercare instructions provided after your treatment.
